Wine philosophy

This cuvee is unique because it originated from a mistake made by the nurseryman during planting. 250 Pinot Noir vines ended up in the Chardonnay bags when the plants were delivered. We have always left them to observe the development of this grape variety.

The chalk from Mesnil-sur-Oger lends complexity to the Pinot Noir on the palate, and we find the typical salinity of our soils. You will be able to detect a delicate fruit on the nose accompanied by great length on the palate.
